Corrensstraße 41-45

Tübingen, DE

Six square buildings and two houses with floors projecting to a various degree toward Schönblick and Correnstrasse fully accommodate the desired residential space in an agreeable manner.

The design encompasses the natural stone walls that are typical for the town of Tübingen, making it a theme of the overall concept: Two villas are located on circumferential stone bases, which provide space for garden apartments, workshops and residential areas.

The apartments in the square-shaped houses can all be accessed by means of staircases, which are lit from above. The service cores allow for a variable mixture of apartments – from two-room to six-room dwellings – in the initial layout as well as for long-term usage.
