Sports and cultural hall

The group of buildings along the brook form a parallel path to a green, lens-shaped meadow. The height development with lowered sports hall provides for a free view of the exterior surroundings.

The central element of the new site is the outward curved joint foyer. With the generous glazing that extends to the sports hall, visitors are able to observe sports events from here. The ancillary rooms of the cultural hall are separated from the visitor areas. The multi-functional room, integrated in the saw-tooth roofs, can be used separately from the sports and cultural hall.

Natural light above the facade and skylight glazing reduces the use of costly artificial light.
