Designed in the early 1960s as a single apartment floor building with a central hallway and bordering single offices, the architecture no longer met today's standards.

On the 4th floor, an open area is created with 4 work islands, each encompassing 4 workstations, which are separated by medium-height cabinets. The table system with its inward oriented legs enables sufficient space for brief meetings. The continuous table at the window front creates an optical wide storage surface and provides for short-term workspaces if necessary.

The three separate rooms provide for meeting and retreat opportunities. The attic area provides for 6 work islands with space for 12 workstations,
