Waha Oil Company Headquarters

The Waha Oil Company plans to build its headquarters on a plot of land of approx. 5,000 square meters, in equidistance to the historic city center and the international port of Tripoli.

The two slightly offset high-rise towers are a symmetrical reflection of the other, each containing a business center, ten office floors, a conference floor and a rooftop terrace. The spiral-shaped building structure of the company museum is located in the joint inner courtyard. High above, in the 14th floor, the fully glazed restaurant hovers above the site, revealing spectacular views of the city and the Mediterranean Sea. The autonomous structure situated on two round columns provides shade to the inner courtyard. The outward oriented facades are clad with shading elements equipped with integrated photovoltaic panels.
